If you go on to close with us we also collect the information needed to complete a title and closing file, including identification documents, wire instructions, and property records.

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, prepare title insurance quotes and closing cost estimates, deliver the closing services you have requested, and communicate with the other parties in your transaction. We also use it to comply with the legal, tax, and title insurance requirements that apply to Florida real estate closings.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with the parties needed to complete your closing (lenders, real estate agents, title underwriters, surveyors, lien search vendors, HOA managers, and county recording offices) or where required by law.

The site uses cookies for basic functionality and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.

We rely on a small set of trusted third party services to run this site and support our business. We follow ALTA Best Practices for information security, including encrypted transmission of sensitive data, restricted access to closing files, multi factor authentication on systems that handle personal information, and strict verification procedures for wire transfer instructions.
