A seasoned professional in the title and escrow industry, Wendy A. Lewis brings over two decades of expertise in real estate closings, title insurance, and operational management. As the President and Closing Officer at Aqua Title Services, she has led the company since 2006, ensuring compliance with ALTA standards and executing VA, FHA, HELOC, and conventional closing transactions. With a robust background in title curative diligence, policy underwriting, and fund disbursements.

Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Real Estate from the University of Southern Mississippi. Her professional affiliations include memberships with the Florida Land Title Association and ALTA, and she holds the title of a Florida Certified Land Closer and a Florida Title License.

Her commitment to excellence has defined her career across leadership roles in the title and legal sectors.

I began my career in title insurance in 1986, in Fort Lauderdale with Chicago Title as an agency representative and later with First American Title Insurance Company in Plantation, Florida. I was responsible for registering agents with the underwriters and overseeing their business operations.

After relocating to Clearwater 1991, I began work in the retail side of title insurance; responsible for business development with real estate professionals and lenders. That company later became Sunbelt Title Agency with offices around the State of Florida. In 1998 Sunbelt Title Agency was purchased by The St. Joe Company and I was transferred to the Panhandle in early 1999 to open up the Sunbelt offices in Panama City and Panama City Beach. I have 27 years’ experience in closings and have performed 1000’s of closing in this area. From the year 2000 to the present I have been the premier closing agent in the area and continue to proudly serve the title insurance needs of many of my repeat customers and many new ones.

As a Pensacola native, I have an extreme love for this area and have been blessed with my success. I am proud of this new venture and can promise you the kind of customer service that has always set me apart from the rest. I want to be your closing agent.

John, a native of Louisville, Kentucky, is a seasoned executive with 24 years of service in the Real Estate industry. As the Vice President of Aqua Title Services, he oversees title insurance processes and escrow operations, ensures compliance with both state and federal regulations. His vast experience spans all aspects of title work including research, examinations, structuring transaction and performing closings. John's deep understanding of the local market paired with his meticulous attention to detail, makes him a trusted resource.

Demonstrating his strong entrepreneurial capabilities. Previously, John founded ASK Title Services and Attorney/Adjuster Services of Kentucky, he successfully exited from this venture by selling to BB&T Bank. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Louisville. Beyond his professional endeavors, John is committed to his community having served as a Guardian Ad Litem in Okaloosa County, Florida. He is an active member of the Florida Land Title Association, American Land Title Association. an associate of the Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), he holds Florida state licenses as a Title Agent, General Lines homeowners' insurance Agent and Private Investigations.

Bryan Kiefer has been practicing real estate law in Florida since 1992, representing a variety of lending institutions and individual clients in all areas of real estate law. Bryan is a member of the Florida Bar Real Property division and admitted to practice in both state and federal courts. Bryan obtained his Juris Doctor law degree from St. John's University, New York, NY (1992) and his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, Gainesville, FL (1980).

In addition to practicing law, Bryan is a frequent guest lecturer for various real estate professional organizations, speaking on topics such as legal negotiations, real estate investment, mortgage foreclosures, short sales, and contracts. Bryan has authored two books on Florida real estate law and real estate brokerage operations, both of which have been certified by the Florida Real Estate Commission. Licensed as a Florida Attorney, Florida Real Estate Broker, and a Florida Real Estate Instructor, Bryan is uniquely qualified to serve as a closing attorney for AquaRK Title.
